Muizenberg continues to be the highest growth area in Cape Town! The ongoing upgrading of Muizenberg and its surroundings, with R2.1 billion worth of investment going into the area over the next four years, has resulted in a 46% year on year increase in residential property prices – one of the highest upswings in the Western Cape.
