Cape Town's massive inner city development has driven prices upwards to the point where a “good” price for a small 1 bedroom unit is in the region of R1 million. Suburbs like Woodstock have seen a burst of successful developments, but these will begin to slow as a lack of available sites drives prices upwards once more. Add to these factors the ever-increasing snakes of traffic in & out of Cape Town, and the prospect of finding an affordable property close to the CBD becomes a very attractive one.

Enter Palm Springs, a brand new, entry-level development, on the urban edge of Cape Town's CBD in the quiet suburb of Brooklyn.

The Brooklyn, Ysterplaat, Rugby area has suddenly become the new development hotspot due to its location between Cape Town and Century City, with easy access to the N1, the M5 and the R27 (Marine Drive). Needles to say, the views from the 5th floor will be simply breathtaking.

Palm Springs has been designed by renowned architecture firm Arthur Quinton Darryl Croome, and the finishes options have been professionaly compiled by Cori Quinton Interiors. All units have modern white kitchens with square edging, aluminium handles and Kelvinator ovens & hobs.
