People are willing to spend millions on property but are not prepared to spend the time and money on finding out how it works. How much time do you spend reading the operating manual of a new DVD or video camera before you use it? Hannes Dreyer is one of South Africa's most successful property entrepreneurs, with an incredible track record and a vast amount of experience. In 2002 he set up Property School in South Africa as he was passionate about teaching his fellow South Africans about the principals of wealth creation.
IPS has been disappointed with the quality of workshops, seminars and other educational materials available in the UK. These workshops use sales, hype and peoples' greed to entice them to part with up to £2,000 per day for the privilege of receiving second-rate information.
In early 2004, Scott Picken attended Hannes' workshop and was amazed at the quality, relevance & usefulness of the information, as well as the fundamental and international principles of wealth creation he learnt, compared to the workshops he had attended in the UK.
As a result, IPS worked in conjunction with the Property School to bring Hannes and his Wealth Creation Workshop to London. It was a highly successful event and the feedback from the 50 people who attended was immensely positive and they were amazed at the level of knowledge they received.
