The Kanyin Launch: October 2006
The Kanyin, a new development in a prime position in Sunninghill, was launched in London on the 15th of October 2006.
IPS was privileged to work with one of Johannesburg's leading developers, Balwin Properties, in bringing their latest
landmark development to market.
Balwin were fully supportive of the London launch, with Steve Brookes (the Balwin MD)
and the architect of The Kanyin attending the launch in Putney.

The Kanyin is being marketed and built in six phases, with each phase consisting of approximately 90 one, two and three
bedroom apartments.
The location, pricing and quality of the product were sufficient to attract nearly 200 people to attend
the launch (some coming from as far away as Birmingham, Manchester and even Dublin!), with just over 50 sales in
Phases 2 and 3 being concluded on the day.
