IPS South African Property Day
On the 18th of September, IPS hosted a South African Property Day at the Fulham Town Hall in
London, which was attended by over 150 interested guests.
Various properties and new developments were on show from around the country, and from a variety of
estate agents, investment clubs, and property developers.
Scott Picken, M.D. of IPS, opened the proceedings with an overview of the South African property
market, assessing the timing of investing in the current market climate.
Haydn Heydenrych from Seeff gave a presentation on fractional ownership, a new form of property
ownership that is becoming popular in South Africa's luxury holiday and golfing properties.
Their talks were complemented with presentations from Standard Bank and the Homecoming Revolution.
Throughout the day there were presentations on each of the regions and property developments that
were on show.
