Palm Springs Launch: February 2007
IPS was proud to partner with Aquacor Property Developers, one of Cape Town's top property developers, in launching the
exciting development "Palm Springs" in February 2007
Palm Springs was launched to the public in both Cape Town and London on the same date, Saturday the 17th of February.

The London launch was held at a venue in Wimbledon and attracted over 300 bookings through the IPS website - mostly
from South African expatriates living in the United Kingdom, and looking to invest in the property market back in
South Africa.
UK investors had the rare opportunity of getting first choice of some of the better-positioned apartments in the
development, thanks to Aquacor agreeing to give IPS a mandate on two of the seven apartment blocks in the complex.
The launch was a resounding success: 48 apartments were sold in London alone, with buyers eagerly snapping up investments
with fantastic sea and mountain views.
In addition to the launch on the 17th of February, IPS held an Investors Club launch on the Thursday before the event -
to which only previous IPS clients were invited. On the Wednesday following the public UK launch, a second event was held
in Tottenham Court Road, to cater for those buyers who could not make the Saturday launch in Wimbledon.
On the Saturday following the launch, several clients who had heard of Palm Springs from their friends, dropped into our
Wimbledon offices to find out what all the fuss was about!
Overall, the Palm Springs launch was a fantastic success - one which we hope to repeat in the near future!
