Aurora Sands Launch: March 2007
Aurora Sands, a new development from leading Western Cape developers MSP, was launched in London on the
10th of March 2007.
The launch was held at our brand new offices in Wimbledon, a short walk from Wimbledon Station, at which we
were pleased to welcome Jaco & Johan from MSP.
Aurora Sands consists of a collection of two and three bedroom free-standing houses, priced from R 865,000 and
is situated withing a short walk from Muizenberg beach. The area has been experiencing exceptionally strong growth over
the last few years, as one of the few remaining areas with open land for new development within commuting distance from
the Cape Town CBD.

Interest in Aurora Sands from UK-based investors was strong: with not much time to prepare for the launch and with
a small marketing budget, we had nearly 50 people book through our website to attend the launch, and 11 sales were
concluded on the day, with more interest still being generated.
Our new offices are well positioned - being within easy walking distance from Wimbledon Station - and spacious enough
hold a sizeable show-room for new developments - a marketing option we intend to use more often in future!
