The 2005 Property Investor Show
The 2005 Property Investor Show, held on the 23rd, 24th & 25th of September 2005 at the
ExCel Exhibition Center in the Docklands area in London, presented another opportunity
for IPS to gain further international exposure for our South African properties and
services.
After the success of the 2004 exhibition, Scott Picken, M.D. of IPS, was invited back to give a talk
on the South African market.
South Africa remains relatively unknown as a property investment destination amongst the international
investors; however, we found that more people are aware of the growth in the South African market
this year than was the case in previous years. A growing number of the visitors are now South Africans
living in London, who were very keen to have a chat about the country and share some of our biltong!
The stand was shared with the eLan Group and Seeff.
