On the 11th of June 2006, IPS held a highly successful Property Exhibition at the London Rowing Club in Putney, South West London. The event was a massive success, and has set the standard for future IPS Property Exhibitions launching new developments to the London market.
Crimson Square, a new development in Upper Woodstock, was launched simultaneously in London and back in Cape Town. The London market – often unable to gain access to launches of new developments – snapped up the opportunity, with over 30 sales being made on the day. Also on show were developments in Bryanston (Millwood),
Gansbaai (Baleana Bay) and Muizenberg (Aspect).
Over 150 people attended the exhibition, which was made possible thanks to generous support from Standard Bank, STRB and 1st Contact Money. Ian Fife, property editor for the Financial Mail, was also kind enough to give an update on the state of the South African property market.
Feedback from the event has been excellent, proving once again that there is a massive demand for top-quality developments, well-presented to the UK property & investment market. IPS strives to make sure the UK market has early, easy access to such opportunities.
Apart from the excellent properties on show, South African expatriates enjoyed a fantastic day on the banks of the Thames River, with the beers & boerie rolls flowing freely!
Keep your eye on future Property Alerts & Newsletters and we will let you know when the next property exhibition is planned.
